Finished up todays great meeting with Labero’s Show and a lovely dinner at Moo Moos in Broad Beach. Love Moo Moos Eye-fillet Stake and truffle potato, yami. Don’t miss if you are on the Gold Coast
Cant believe how fast time flies by. Have already been here in Australia for 6 months and now it’s just over 2 weeks left. I will miss this sunny beautiful country with its stunning beaches. Must admit that I could stay for 6 more months. Strange how quickly you adapt to new Environments!
Woke up today with a smile on my face, what a day and Night :) !
Goning to miss the view from my window.
In sunny Sydney, enjoying stunning seafood at Circular Quay while looking at the bridge.
Back to Sydney over the weekend. Going to be so much fun…. Really looking forward to some shopping, great food and meet up with friends.
We are having a barbeque tomorrow at the pool for 15 people. The day’s assignment was to provide food and drink. I feel like I bought a ton of it. Joe offered to get a chef but stubborn as I am, I insisted to do it yourself :) We’ll see how that goes. Good thing is the guys are off on Monday so they have time to RECOVER. I will update how it went. Xo Xo Master Chef Anna
The Pool Area at Oracle.
Went out for coffee and are soaking wet. Oh My god its hot today…. 35 degrees celsius and really humid I start to feel like a roasted chicken. Going down to the pool to cool down.
Happy National free ear piercing day I guess?
Today’s mission was Tamborine Mountain. This beautiful plateau, situated 70 Kms South of Brisbane and 25 Kms inland from Surfers Paradise. Rising up to 580 metres above the surrounding countryside. Tamborine is famous for its National Parks (seven within 10 kms of each other), and their beautiful rainforest bush walks. Absolut Stunning
And then we walked 500 miles
Som taget ur en saga.
Police are urging people to stay out of the water and not just because of the risk of being swept away: Debris, Sharks, snakes and even crocodiles could also pose a danger.
I will never ever, swim or go into the water outside the pool, here in Australia.
Australia worst Flooding in 118 years. The floods have affected about 200,000 people over an area larger than France and Germany. An estimated 22 towns have been left isolated or inundated by the rising waters, with fears that damage could cost billions of Australian dollars to repair. All this just some miles from where we are. I hope it will stop rain soon.
Today’s activity was a trip to Dream World. I am totally exhausted from running around inside the park but Nicole really loves going there.
Mini golf and Hooters. That is the results of when you let a guy choose activities and plan the day. Next time you just give them the menu of options that you are interested of. Like: Honey would you rather go to the movies or the theater. Let them be macho and choose. It works more often than you think………. ?
Joe took Nicole to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. With hundreds of animals and birds, the Sanctuary is home to one of the largest collections of Australian native wildlife in the world. The visitors has the opportunity to see and interact with Australia’s amazing wildlife. I really love this picture. Look at Nicole’s facial expressions ha ha
We went over to Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant, again and it was as good as last time. From the moment you arrive at Dracula’s the Entertainment begins, Fire Twirlers greet you a the gates; you enter via the Mausoleum where you then take the Titanic staircase to the Van Helsing Museum Cocktail Bar.
After and aperitif take a journey on the Ghost Train into the Theatre of the ‘Vampyre’. You will dine in Gothic splendor punctuated by the crazy antics of our weird waiters and talented performers as they sink their teeth into a night of comedy, puppetry magic and illusion.

> Our friends is visiting from Sweden. We took them on a trip to Byron Bay. Byron Bay is a popular destination with its numerous beaches, unspoilt hinterland, and relaxed lifestyle,
Right in front of the town of Byron Bay is something very special.

Cape Byron Lighthouse, built in 1901
Standing on a bald rocky headland with a precipitious cliff on the east side, and a sheer drop of approximately 100 metres, Cape Byron Lighthouse is the most easterly light in Australia, and one of the most powerful.
Stayed at Cape Byron until sunset, Cape Byron is Australia’s most easterly point, 153° 39´ east, located on the north coast of New South Wales.
I’m in love with this wonderful city. Have had a magical weekend.Got to know wonderful people, shopped, dined in the best locations, sailed and more. Really did not want to go back. A weekend in Sydney is far too short a time. I am tired but happy. Time to say goodbye for now. We will be back again soon. Bye Sydney
