Joe Labero is heading to Blackpool for FISM Congress for some inspiration.
The first FISM World Championships of Magic were held in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1948. Since that time FISM has been organising World Championships of Magic on a grand scale every year and since 1952 every three years. The latest WCM took place in 2009 in Beijing, China.
The 25th WCM is held in July 2012 in Blackpool, England.
The Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques (FISM) is the sole organiser of the FISM World Championships of Magic has a reputation for organising gigantic conferences that showcase the best in magic, competitions, Shows, Dealers, and Lectures.
